Look, if Kyle got attacked and in a struggle, grabbed someones gun and shot them, then yes, itd be open and shut self defense, prosecutors would need to shut the fuck up. But he knowingly put himself in a tense situation with an illegal weapon and now people want to equate that shit to immigration and act like theyre not in the wrong. But no, Kyle asked a friend to buy a gun for him and then the friend illegally handed Kyle the weapon. Kyle then knowingly went into a riot, after saying he wanted to shoot rioters weeks before, and guess what; he shot people.
