And if he'd kept his ass home that night we wouldn't be having this debate. Prisons are full of black men doing serious time who used an illegally owned firearm for self defense. You say this as if it's no big deal, illegally owning a firearm is pretty serious stuff. Using said illegal firearm to kill someone is even more egregious. --- "You go.
