The second season starts off a little weird because of how season one ended (it wasnt supposed to end on a cliffhanger but they had the number of episodes cut) You'd think that's what happened. You'd think they made the best of a bad situation. But no, they deliberately decided to do it that way because the people who run Titans have no fucking idea what they are doing.
