Topic	Lake MEAD water levels

It'd be one thing if it was people who've always lived there, but migration from other states to there is still encouraged. That's why Lake Mead is depleting so fast. The population it was meant to support has exploded. Nothing is being done to stem the blatantly obvious oncoming crisis.
