Topic	Who are the most universally-liked Pokemon?

It also can't be something highly prominent, because that leads to popularity backlash. I've gotta agree that Gengar is RIGHT in that sweet spot of being beloved, but not so overhyped that people would be annoyed. Honestly, I feel like Articuno's gotta be up there too. --- Touch fuzzy.
