Like, its true that the poll only accounts for favorite votes and not hate, but the fact remains that Bulbasaur got more favorite votes than any Gen 1 Pokes other than Charizard and Gengar, and it was very close to Gengar. So while you cant necessarily draw a conclusion on its hate based on that, you can certainly draw conclusions on its popularity. Bulbasaur is very popular, moreso than Squirtle, and doesnt suffer from the shoved into literally everything hinderance like Charizard.
