Is it possible to see how many calls or tickets he took care of, get a rough estimate of how long one takes by going off of his previous output, and then just doing the math? I've run into similar things when people outright forgot and then couldn't recall what hours when they did wfh. We all kind of just figured out an amicable solution based on the amount of work done. --- I don't believe in belts. There should be no ranking system for toughness. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
