Topic	I have to get an ultrasound done on my testicles

I think for the really problematic ones they might suggest surgery, but personally I'd leave that as a last resort. For me, the problems gradually eased over time (we're talking months, maybe a year). I took the occasional aspirin, which one doctor recommended, to thin the blood a little; but I can't remember if that made much difference or not. Sorry that's not very helpful -- I just kind of learned to live with it (sex was a bit "ouch" sometimes) until it sort of went away by itself.
