If that's not possible, you must have ways of logging the work done and need to pay your employees for that work. You absolute umbrella. If he won't communicate and I have no idea how much he's worked or what he's done, how am I supposed to keep track of his hours? I've tried numerous times and he just will not respond. --- "You go.
