Guy isn't great at tech, but we've established he can email and Zoom, we've done it before. He starts working with clients and basically ghosts everyone except his friend who also works for me. Dude hasn't been submitting reports for his time so obviously I can't pay him, and he won't return my or my bosses calls/emails. His friend says he's embarrassed that he's not good with tech so that's why he's avoiding us. But he's still doing the job and treating his friend as his supervisor. Which I'd be fine with if he would communicate. What the fuck lol. I'm going to fire him, but at the same time I am curious exactly how long he plans to keep working for free --- "You go. I'm just going to stare at the lake and think about how I almost just killed a baby." ... Copied to Clipboard! |
