Yes, I actually used to have a similar problem where eating anything might upset my stomach. Didn't have to poo but it was uncomfortable. I got recommended ginger and I got some ginger chews so it would be easier on my stomach (ginger is pretty strong I think), the tea is good too. How long after you began chewing them did you notice your stomach getting better?
