Lie. (Or if it isn't, provide credible source).

Not true. Breaking a misdemeanor gun law does NOT negate your right to self defense. If it does please provide citations.

Sorry but yes, transporting a gun you have illegally in your possession to another state is itself a crime.

Too bad I'm not saying that being a criminal negates your right to self defense, am I? It depends on the crime and the killing, it depends on the link between them. In this case the killing was the whole purpose of the crime. The reason why piggie broke all those laws was precisely so that he could kill those people. He's a mass killer. There would have been no difference whatsoever if he had just started roaming and shooting indiscriminately. He's a vigilante on the prowl. That's his crime.

The murders are just the natural consequence. You're not defending yourself when your crime is PRECISELY people-hunting.

I ask you to buy me a gun illegally. I take it to another town to go to a riot. What do you think is going to happen, exactly? What do you think I'm expecting to do with that gun? Ooh, just scare people away with it? I'm going there to "defend myself"? I'm going there to "protect" something as if I was police? Are you really that naive, to be nice and not call you stupid??
