There are four Qurupeco to hunt; and as soon as you slay two of them, the item needed to end the quest appears. The first Quru to call something makes a call you probably haven't heard - you need to be afraid; indeed you need to be VERY AFRAID! (I apologize for the caps.) It summons a monster called Deviljho.
