If she was a Catholic nun, youth minister or anything that this behavior is morally against and has a ethics clause in your work contract then yeah you can fire them. But if Gertrude the librarians no denture adventure channel because she needs extra funds then it's non of anyone's concern unless your giving her a/the tip. --- Sometimes you come out on top, sometimes on bottom.
