Topic	I asked my coworker if he can come in 2 hours early, he said yes

Guy asked him if he could do it and the guy said yes. I dont see how the guy who didnt turn up is anywhere other than in the wrong. He could have said no. Hell even just ignoring the text would be better than saying yes and no showing.
