You know what is the biggest cause of divorce? the man losing his job. You're expected to be this emotionless avatar of strength and stoicism (except for anger, this is an allowed emotion, somehow) that provides for others and who will got fucked if there's ever a divorce or alimony lawsuit, and don't you dare suffer from depression or vulnerability or your perception to the world will lower.
