Topic	A stray bullet hit my car again, but instead of a .22 it was a grown-up bullet.

In most cities it really depends on what part of the city you're in how dangerous it is. Baltimore however, you basically don't go out at night. Ever. The rich white people are starting to bitch now because crime is starting to happen in places like Fells Point that are traditionally rich and safe.
