Moogles for 50-60 I'm not so sure about anymore but you're long past anyways. I did them in Heavensward where they were only ok and don't know if they ever boosted their exp. But Namazu quests give SO much and I believe are on par with the Shadowbringers tribes for efficiency. That's a huge omission in the guide.
