I'm actually a big deal and it makes perfect sense. 'Okay. Our company policy indicates that you're to use proper pronouns.' Suggested. 'Excuse me?' It's not policy, it's a suggestion. Believe me, I can do this all day. It's the reason I'm a big deal somewhere else. What about the fact that UnfairRepresent is not only who I identify as but also a moniker which is an it. I'm completely operating within the boundraries of your 'policy', I mean 'suggestion'. I did say all day, didn't I?
