I'm all for the killer of Gaby being brought to justice but seems messed up to assume Brian did it just because he was the last person seen with her. He should be innocent until proven guilty. Gaby is missing for 2 weeks, cops goes to Brian's house since he was the last person to be seen with her. Brian's parents instantly tell them Brian don't have to talk, call their lawyer... When police finally comes with a warrant to Brians house, his parent tell them he has been gone for a week now. We also learned that Brian has been using Gabby's debit / credit cards after she died...
