What's your solution here? Throw covid parties and force all the unvaccinated nurses to get covid and the antibodies? Also that has nothing to do with what you quoted. People who aren't vaccinated also might not have had covid, and thus have no antibodies plus no vaccine (also the antibodies only last a few months). If that person is working in a hospital, that's a huge risk to everyone. Here's a better idea, get a vaccine to prevent covid from the start and reduce the spread of it if they do get it.
