I am not worried about being shot. I know of no one personally who has been shot. It's like being concerned about getting into a fatal car accident. Shootings, of course, do happen. They tend to be isolated to the inner cities (poor, urban areas within larger cities). Sometimes that gun violence spills out; sometimes it originates elsewhere altogether.
