Someone will always be offended in comedy no matter what group but I don't know what kind of jokes he did (that video is 2019) and how tasteful it is. Transgender jokes are not done nearly as often as race and sex jokes, so it could take a while. I think when we accept transgender people as a whole in society and bring awareness/teaching, then it will be easier for comedy --- Less is more.
