Like he cant or wont provide food for the hungry, or cure the sick, or stop natural disasters, or prevent wars, or solve climate change, etc. Whats the point in worshipping a being that either cant benefit the world in any significant manner or doesnt want to (or both)?They want their reward in the afterlife because they grew so jaded with this life. Never mind the fact that so many of them are fine with holy wars fought in the name of their deity...
