According to this bmr calculator i burn around 2,600 calories per day because i am considered sedentary. If i eat a recommended 2,000 calories per day i will be under 4,200 calories which is a little over 1lb per week and roughly 5lbs per month. If all i did was raise my daily steps to 10k per day i would burn an extra 600 calories which would mean i would essentially lose around 9-10lbs per month. Btw. You do not need a fitbit or fancy smartwatch to track this. You just need the google fit app. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
