That makes more sense, I was thinking like a quarter pound and wondering how that could possibly work. I read that like 60% of new restaurants fail within the first year and 80% fail within the first 5. The prevailing sentiment in the industry seems to be that there's not enough profit in it to be worth the effort. If this model works for them then power to them, but idk how feasible this is for most places tbh.I guarantee you that there will be no follow-up from the TC on this if the place goes under --- ...
