Seems like she's just irritating having to spout out the same things she originally reported months after filing the report AFTER the dad already claimed fault. You can scan all you want, but if driving the speed limit while scanning and i see a green light and don't see a fucking toddler, possibly coming out from behind a stopped car 10 feet in front of me, no amount "Paying attention to your surroundings" is going to save you.
