If millions of people dying around them from the virus, dozens of certified medical professionals telling them to mask up and that the vaccine is safe, and millions of people getting safely and successfully vaccinated since the vaccines rolled out didn't convince them, what would?There are degrees of anti vax and vaccine hesitancy well below what you are describing. They just aren't nearly as interesting. Besides, we already have stories of people getting vaccinated in secret.
