Nah, I'm an old school hatin on Leo kinda guy. I had the misfortune of having a teenage sister at the time. She adored him in Growing Pains and had seen every one of his pre-Titanic movies a dozen times. Her room was plastered with Leo and Backstreet Boys posters. You couldn't even see the walls or ceiling anymore. So any time my parents weren't around (which was all the time), my older and much bigger sister either claimed the TV to watch Leo for the 100th time or she blasted Backstreet Boys all day long.
Took me a long ass time to stop despising them. Think for Leo it was around Gangs Of New York and Blood Diamond. Backstreet Boys are now simply funny because they're 40-50 year old calling themselves "boys" singing teeny bop shit.
Thank you! Someone who has no shame in admitting who they were and how they change.
