i think the vast majority of people use c stick for aerials because that's how you can attack cancel, use drag downs, use a move without losing momentum in the air, etc. using a button for nair is of course almost required, but there are ways to use the c stick for nairs.

fair question. if you're performing an Up Air, for example, seems like it would be slower to move the c-stick to the upwards position, rather than just pressing A. right? or is that just me?

but that's actually why i asked, maybe i am the only one who tries to avoid the c-stick, and maybe using the c-stick instead of the A button will help my gameplay.
