Like 8-10 drinks a night (mostly hard selzers with 5% alcohol) and assumed quitting would be tough but on the fourth night right now not having had anything to drink I haven't felt anything except boredom as a symptom and I've managed that by gaming. Worked every day this week and I've actually felt fresher waking up than when I was drinking. Is this it? ... Copied to Clipboard! |
