Pay is garbage, the mental health for the guys I support was shaky before covid and has been terrible since with nothing being effective at making it better. Staffing is always low. Staff we do have won't do the bare minimum to keep the guys active or safe. It's just exhausting. The number of "good days" has been drastically reduced lately. It used to be common but now I'm lucky to have one a month. I find myself unable to let go and relax when I get home. --- We all ate the biscuits, Fighter. We can all see through time.
