I felt the same way during my freshman year of college. I had no friends and every weekend I went back to my parents place. Once I started working at a social setting I was a lot happier. Good advice, but not too useful as I'm already working at a restaurant. Have quite a few people I can chum it up with at work but I don't have close relationships with any of them.
