I'm not normally a conspiracy guy but the bussing homeless to CA is definitely a thing. I worked with the city of L.A. for a bit and while the problem is well known among homeless advocates and bureaucrats in CA, no major media outlet wants to pursue the story. Maybe the "California Bad" stories sell better.
