The landlord is his girlfriend who hes been living with rent free for 6 weeks
He also owes on his other place cuz he thought you could just move out early after trashing the place. All his shit is still there, including (allegedly) a thousand pounds of canned food.
He was often responsible in the past but nowadays cant get certain things in order. His weed use getting out of control is a major reason, i think. Also the qanon shit. It pretty much consumed his life; it's his only hobby. To be a "freethinker". MFer doesnt even watch sports or play the vidya anymore
