I swear someone posted a link here a while ago to one of those daytime talk shows about how that was the new trend. Basically so she stays at home and uses that instead of going out and having sex and risking pregnancy/stds/etc. He is right though, an orgasm is medically proven to help you sleep. Especially if you are anxious or more high strung. I doubt this is even real though.
