Psych is my happy place and so many people remind me that they're in healthcare and hate mentally ill people anyway and thus "couldn't do it" but I don't go home crying after 12 hours anymore so yeah lol. I'd be a lot more satisfied becoming a physician but I don't have the support resources so being a mid-level is going to have to do. /shrug Also I gave up ICU because of back pain... I started as a PCA then became a PCT in the MICU. Then became an RN there and switched into psyche.
