Topic	I'm not trying to be a hater, but implants are gross, IMO

Is this fake somehow does he have a medical condition or are those actual implants I'm leaning towards medical if this is real cause dude's other arm is half the size of the left one and I really can't imagine he'd get implants and be like "Yeah this looks good" It's most likely synthol, an oil that is injected by bodybuilders to swell certain small muscles to give a more even look.
