Again bullshit. The sheer hostility seen in this topic and expressed by British people went eating out shows that they do indeed think about it and are aware of it. They just choose not to do it because they don't give a shit about other people.

Hell if you pay by card it actually asks "Do you want to leave a gratuity" and you have to actively press no before you pay. Guess what British people do?

Where he laughs in everyone's face for expecting him to pay if given an option and then runs around telling everyone else not to donate anything.

Then you turn around and say Homer is right because "It's not something anyone ever thought about" and anyone who does donate is just trying to feel superior. Where as the buffoon running around laughing at people and not paying a dime isn't feeling superior at all, no it's the guys who care that do apparently somehow.
