Topic	It bothers me so much during Covid that people in the UK still don't tip.

Some nights you came up well ahead and others you got nothing (usually uni nights...). I tip now based on service. If I got out and the waiter/waitress forgets my order, mixes up what I want or is a bit slow, I probably won't tip. If there service is ok or better they get tipped accordingly.
