That much is obvious If their culture is not to tip because they get a full wage from their employer, then you are not required to tip. "full" wage being absolute minimum wage but its also fair to point out the countrys customs if you are visiting. Their custom sucks and they should be made to feel bad I'm not going to accept homophobia just because it's the custom to be a jerk in Saudi Arabia Why should we accept not tipping must because it's the custom to be a jerk in the UK? t comes off as pretty entitled to demand both and demean people who dont automatically tip extra on everything all the time.
