According to the other topic on this they do stunts like this in an effort to bring the issue to a higher court Far as I'm aware most of their antics is stuff like demanding a Beelzebub statue at a state capitol that displays the Ten Commandments or some other Christian idol. Not because they expect the demand to be met, but because it gets the idolatry culled real quick.
