people start families and need bigger living spaces. sometimes people move for work. most people don't live in one place forever. new buildings can get built too. obviously such an approach would need to be supported by other strategies.

Either way I have no clue how this stuff really works, but obviously the government is not investing enough time into the issue because in some ways it's also profitable for them to have expensive property values I guess? who knows. either way the rent problem isn't just concentrated in one spot in this country.
