Having "Raise an objection" and "Present evidence" be two different options made you wonder what the difference could possibly be, because in this series, one almost always means the other. It leaves the deus ex machina completely up to you to remember, so I don't mind this one at all. The way it plays out actually makes this my favorite in the entire series.
