He knows what it is like to get in trouble so he was able to think of asking the victim for more info before they went. I can sympathize a bit that Menimemo felt his cause was just. But, that falls apart a bit when he proactively tried to frame Rei for the crime. I think he tried to give a brief justification for this but I forget what he said. I did like the twist that the Judge and Mikotoba knew each other and the Judge was in on it the whole time for Susato's disguise. --- My bracket looked like random picks compared to his.
