Not checking blindspots; the headlights would have given the black car away so it was obvious he didnt check.
Drove away after, signifying guilt.
After connecting with the black car, continued to move into them.

Black car may have just been trying to avoid crashing into something, a ditch, or possibly correcting the person by pushing them into their own lane.

From my view, it looks like the silver car was intoxicated, wasnt paying attention and when he got pushed lost control because they didnt have a good grip on their steering wheel. After crashing realized how fucked they were and left the scene "as normal and safe as possible" to avoid suspicion.
