One of them being that I am drastically underpaid compared to other people in lesser positions. They are hiring people on for ENTRY level work at a higher rate than me. So 25% might seem like a lot but that just puts me above where they are hiring new people at. I also made it higher to compensate for years of being forced to do more than others. This sounds like the kind of shitty workplace where they want to take advantage of you and milk you for every bit they can while doing exactly 0 to reciprocate. Hope it works out but it sounds like there's a long history of them screwing you over and its really tough to break that cycle once it's established. --- "Mr. Fatass. Mr ugly cat!
