Some are mentally challenged who have been hurt by liars and now they're rooted in place with fear and indecision. However, I do have a hard time sympathizing with anyone who gleefully rejects it for stupid selfish reasons. Like if someone says, "I'm young and healthy so I don't give AF" then they get sick.
