Then if they still cant stop driving drunk, a bolder approach can be looked at. Im talking about mandatory jail or automatic felony for driving drunk. Might make people think twice about that ride.I disagree. Some states have a death penalty and that isn't a deterrent. Furthermore these are people who are intoxicated, so they aren't going to be thinking critically even if the punishments are more severe.
