Tomorrow at my work break Ill try to see if I can reheat it, the toppings Ill have with me to top when its hot. Actually it reminds me of a Swedish/Scandinaviann pancake called Raggmunk. Its savory. Pancake batter mixed with loads of potatoes, you can do it with carrots or other root veggies too.
